Each of us sets the precedent by way of how concerned those who care about us should be, when it comes to our mental health. So let's make feeling good, and doing well a priority. These are not states that just happen to us, they are a product of choice, intention, and mindfulness. Making the effort to live our best even when life is handing us blows.
