Four Year Anniversary

It's now been 4 years since that dreaded morning. Like all terrible true crime tales one can wonder how things might have been averted. Was this just inevitable or was there something that could have stopped the Titanic from hitting the iceberg? One wonders how this lovely picture perfect family fell so far so fast and whether this was going to happen no matter what.
