Foxtail Toys
from Get 'N' Your Business Podcast Hosted by Kanan St.Rose
In this episode of the Get ’N Your Business Podcast, host Alison Shores welcomes Allison and Jim Woods, owners of the brand-new Foxtail Toys in downtown St. Marys. The Woods share their journey from North Carolina to Camden County, how they fell in love with the coast, and why they chose to open a toy store in the heart of downtown. Foxtail Toys is more than a shop—it’s an experience, offering something for every age group, from babies to teens. Listeners will hear about their carefully curated selection of wooden toys, STEM kits, stuffed animals, dolls, and the popular “blind boxes” that kids can’t get enough of. The Woods also talk about their upcoming craft classes, weekly story time, and even puppet shows, all designed to bring families together and make the store a hub of creativity and fun. As they prepare for their ribbon cutting on September 9th, Allison and Jim highlight their favorite products, their daughters’ influence on the store, and their excitement to be part of the growing downtown community.
