Veteran grassroots human rights activist Rev Fr M. Sakthivel says that the serial terror attacks should be seen in the context of the ongoing regime change politics of outside powers influencing the island. The attacks have come at a time when the West is deeply involved in shaping the regime on the island. Tamils were at the receiving end in the past.
