Framboises en pot en tunnel – Québec en avance

Quelques entreprises québécoises sont à l’avant-scène du développement de la culture de la framboise en pot et en tunnel. La Ferme Onésime Pouliot de St-Jean de l’Île d’Orléans est probablement la plus importante. Des plants produits à l’Île d’Orléans se retrouvent un peu partout en Amérique du Nord. Selon Guy Pouliot, de nouvelles variétés de framboises et des méthodes révolutionnaires de les produire contribuent à améliorer l’autonomie alimentaire du Québec.
