Las frambuesas forman parte la categoría “frutas finas” y en nuestro país integran el grupo de los popularmente conocidos “frutos del bosque”. No son las frutas más populares dentro de las verdulerías, sin embargo, con ellas se produce una gran cantidad de productos elaborados que permiten agregarle valor. El 70% de las frambuesas argentinas se producen en la Patagonia. Históricamente las provincias expertas en este cultivo son Neuquén, Río Negro y Chubut debido a las condiciones agroclimáticas con las que cuentan esas regiones. Pero, con el paso del tiempo y la incorporación de nuevas herramientas y sistemas para producirlas, el abanico productivo se amplió y hoy se pueden encontrar algunas hectáreas en Buenos Aires, Tucumán, Santa Fe, Entre Ríos y en nuestra provincia de Córdoba. Una vez cosechadas, las frambuesas encuentran en la industria su principal destino. Allí va aproximadamente el 70%. De ese total, una gran parte se congela y se comercializa bajo esa modalidad y otra porción se dirige a la elaboración de productos: mermeladas, dulces, jaleas o jugos. Solo el 10% de las frambuesas que se cosechan a nivel nacional tienen como destino el mercado interno para su consumo en fresco. Esta fruta se caracteriza por tener vitamina C, potasio, antioxidantes y fibra, con un bajo contenido de calorías y azúcares Pero el punto fuerte de las frambuesas es su contenido en vitamina C, esencial para la reparación y el crecimiento de todos los tejidos del cuerpo, para la absorción del hierro o para la formación de colágeno, huesos y dientes. Los precios de las frambuesas dependen de su estacionalidad. Durante los meses de noviembre, diciembre y enero es cuando mayor cantidad de oferta hay en los mercados mayoristas. Por lo tanto, su valor se vuelve más económico. In addition, she is faculty of Islamic Psychology at Cambridge Muslim College and The Islamic Seminary of America.She is also a Senior Fellow for Yaqeen Institute and the Institute of Social Policy and Understanding. Prior to studying medicine, she pursued classical Islamic studies in Damascus, Syria, and holds certifications (ijaza) in the Qur’an, Islamic Law, and other branches of the Islamic Sciences. Mohammad Qutub Muslim Central Dr. Mohammad Qutub is an Islamic scholar with several decades of experience as a teacher and orator. He completed his Master’s and PhD degrees in Uṣūl al-Dīn and Comparative Religion at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and has several Ijāzahs (licenses) and certificates in Qur’an, Hadith, etc. He has spoken internationally in the Middle East, the U.S., and Southeast Asia and regularly holds intensive seminars and university lectures. His passions and research revolve around: Islamic thought and history, Qur’anic Tafsīr, scientific Iʿjāz (inimitability) in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and comparative religion. He teaches students of all different ages and backgrounds in-person and online. He is also an engineer by profession with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the U.S., and extensive experience in the field of Industrial Gases.
