Franchise Discovery Day - What is it and what should your goals be?

Many franchisors host what is often know as a "Discovery Day" or "Meet The Team Day."   Some are optional and some are required, depending on the Franchisor.  In any case, it is an opportunity to travel to the franchise headquarters, meet their management team and get a more in-depth view of the business and the support.
