Francis Harris Author of "18 Years With Out Sex"

from Moments of Grace Podcast · host Dr. A. Jerome R. Butler

Francis Harris Author of "18 Years With Out Sex" Growing up, Francis “Frank” Harris lived a comfortable middle-class life. He enjoyed going on trips with his family, playing sports, and making homemade movies with his friends. But after the divorce split his family apart, Frank began seeking comfort in other places. By ninth grade, Frank had dropped out of school, and drugs, guns, and sex had become his new lifestyle. Soon, he was not only using drugs, but he began selling them as well—and became quite successful at it. By age eighteen, he was on the cusp of entering “the big leagues," of the drug world, but then a bad mushroom trip shook Frank’s life to the core. In the aftermath, God got ahold of Frank, and his heart—and then his life was radically transformed. Frank quit drugs, he made the choice to abstain from sex until marriage, he gained a new respect for women, and he went back to school and earned a degree in psychology. But most importantly, he came to know a living, loving relationship with Christ. Now, Frank is a mental health professional, guest speaker, and most recently, a writer. His greatest aspirations are to walk alongside others in life's storms and to follow in the footsteps of Christ. Frank is happily married to his wife, Katie. They welcomed their daughter, Ariel, to their family in April 2022. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B2J73RRX/ref=dbs_a_def_awm_bibl_vppi_i0
