In heel Amsterdam geldt een hotelstop, maar aan de Klaprozenweg, waar nu de Bo-Rent zit, gaat toch een hotel komen. Dit tot ergernis van de bewoners van deze wijk. Drie van hen kwamen inspreken in de stadsdeelcommissie om het dagelijks bestuur te herinneren aan de hotelstop. Een van hen was Frank Alsema, die bovendien niet te spreken is over de omvang van het hotel
