Frank and Elaine Sommerville Legal/Financial Experts and ISC 2013 Facilitators

For the past couple of years, some of the most popular classes at ISC have been taught by Frank and Elaine Sommerville. They are legal and ministry finance experts and will be leading a number of classes at ISC 2013 in Dallas, TX.
