Frank Greally.
from The Masters of Running Podcast.
Frank Greally is a hugely familiar face on the Irish athletics scene. He held the Irish junior 10,000m record of 30.17 for over 50 years. He was also editor of the 'Irish Runner Magazine' for over 30 years and most recently ambassador for the very successful 'Daily Mile' for kids in schools. He's currently getting ready for 'The Remembrance Run' on Nov 13th. We have a great chat and he speaks very openly about loss, human perseverance; the dark days he's had and how he over came them through the power of friendship.https://open.acast.com/public/patreon/fanSubscribe/9510909If you like the podcast, download it for my stats and please share the episodes with as many people as you can to help it to grow even more.
