This time Spence was the victim in a high speed crash in the Dallas area last weekend that involved a 14 year old driving and speeding illegally hitting his car.Spence says it will delay him fighting again by at least a couple months into next April/May or later. It's still believed that he'll fight former WBA world welterweight champ Keith Thurman in that next bout.Dan has also been in touch with lightweight star Ryan Garcia, who says he now won't fight a tune-up bout before meeting Gervonta Davis, hopefully in April/May of 2023. Garcia's promoter Oscar De La Hoya is not pleased that their proposed bout for Garcia on DAZN won't be happening.
