Frank Shankwitz, Founder of The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Discusses Helping Make Other People's Dreams Come True

Frank Shankwitz, Founder of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He discussed how he and a few others started the organization, as well as the challenges they faced along the way. He also talked about some of his favorite "wish" stories and how Make-A-Wish has grown into an organization that has granted over 280,000 wishes worldwide. Frank also talked about how he was approached about having a movie made about his life. At this time, the draft for screenplay is done, and the movie is scheduled for release in late 2014 or early 2015. In addition, we talked about a couple of books he has written or co-authored including "Once Upon A Wish", which was released earlier this year.
