Frankenstein (2025)

What better way to showcase family dysfunction here on Slashers Podcast, than to dive into the family dynamics of one Victor Frankenstein in Guillermo Del Toro's adaptation of Mary Shelley's classic, Frankenstein? Currently streaming on Netflix, the familial relationships in this tale are sure to make you cringe and at the same time, entrance you. The film stars Oscar Isaac as Victor, Mia Goth as both Claire and Elizabeth, Christoph Waltz as Harlander, and Jacob Elordi in his most intense role yet, the Creature. If you haven't seen this beautifully dark, gothic horror tale, we encourage you to do so beforehand, as there are spoilers aplenty! Special shout-out to our dear friend of the podcast, Tiffany Shepis!l! Don't forget to rate, review, and subscribe to Slashers Podcast for more deep dives into cult horror films!
