This week we are chatting with Paranormal Investigator Billy Wilkerson. Billy is the founder of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Paranormal Research and the Librarian for The Scott County Historical Society Museum and Archives in Franklin Kentucky. Billy and I chat about the history and hauntings of The Old Stone Jail and the museum and archives building. We also talk about some of the experiences and evidence that I caught during a recent public event that I was a guest investigator.
