#fraud #waiver would be necessary if you entered the US with a fake id. this assumes you entered after 1996 without claiming to be a us #citizen. of course, you could have entered before that time as long as it was not claimage to a US citizen. you could have entered with a fake name, somebody else's green card, or green card with a fake name. either way, if you qualify to adjust status under US immigration you will have to apply for a fraud #waiver in order to be able to get it approved. #immigrationlawyer #tiktoklawyer #leadgeneration @Brian D.
