Wie gelingt Führung in Teilzeit? Und warum sind Frauen in Leitungspositionen an der Hochschule Biberach keine Ausnahme, sondern gelebte Realität? „Gehören Frauen nicht lieber an den Herd?“ Mit dieser Frage wurde Anette Schober-Knitz, Leiterin der Abteilung für Hochschulkommunikation und Marketing an der Hochschule Biberach, vor rund 20 Jahren im Vorstellungsgespräch begrüßt. Die Frage war damals schockierend, aber sie spiegelt leider die Realität einer Zeit wider, in der Frauen in Führungspositionen alles andere als selbstverständlich waren. Anette Schober-Knitz hat sich damals nicht entmutigen lassen, sondern ihre Kompetenz und Vision für die Hochschule selbstbewusst vertreten. Heute wäre eine solche Frage - zum Glück - völlig undenkbar. Sie zeigt aber auch, welchen Wandel die Hochschule Biberach in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten vollzogen hat: Frauen werden nicht nur in Führungsrollen akzeptiert, sie sind ein integraler Bestandteil der Leitung und prägen aktiv die Entwicklung der Hochschule.
