Fred Astaire introduces "BIP" Marcel Marceau

Marcel Marceau, the Chaplin on stage pantomime, transcended his art form. Even those not too amused by mimes recognized his genius. He was a favorite of Red Skelton, and could charm audiences of all types and nationalities. A war hero, a kind gentleman, an inventive comedian and a perfectionist who rehearsed constantly and also taught others how to perform, Marceau was a truly admirable man. NOTE: about 4 minutes in, for about 90 seconds, you're hearing "Karl Scheit-Johann Sebastian Bach: Prelude for Lute."
