Macas (Morona Santiago).- De acuerdo al Programa Nacional de Capacitación Turística 2015, el Ministerio de Turismo (Mintur) entregó 115 certificados en Competencias Laborales a trabajadores del sector turístico de Morona Santiago. Este programa busca la excelencia en la prestación de servicios turísticos en nuestro país. Para esta jornada de capacitación, el Mintur contrato los servicios del SECAP y el Consorcio Líderes. Los contenidos que se compartieron fueron: recepcionista polivalente, mesero polivalente, hospitalidad, seguridad alimentaria y administradores de empresas de alojamiento. Freddy Cevallos, chef que participó en la jornada de capacitación 2015, calificó de positivo el trabajo del Mintur y ratificó que lo más importante es la cordialidad con la que un servidor atiende a su cliente, exponiendo la mejor imagen de nuestra ciudad con nuestras actitudes.
