Despite knowing exactly how God had set him free before, he kept walking back into danger with Delilah until he lost everything, including his sight and his freedom. From there the episode moves through Jesus in the synagogue at Nazareth declaring he's come to set captives free, through the cross where Jesus stayed bound by choice so we wouldn't have to be, and into Paul's letters about what it means to be truly free in Christ. It's a practical look at the kinds of captivity we don't always notice in our own lives, whether that's addiction, pride, or just the daily grind, and how real freedom is found.
