Free Speech Open Mind Series: Mental Health with Helen

Helen Mitchell is a neuroscience major at Ohio State. Her take on mental health, disorders, finding peace and over well-being can help to find a deeper understanding of the brain and how we think. Free Speech is a collaborative effort between Natural United Outdoors Company and our community of nearly 1 million hikers from around the country. We want to create an open forum for people interested in discussing the world's most important ideas.
