Free To Be Me

from dacca · host dacca

Definitely inspired by years of listening to bands like American psychobilly outfit The Cramps https://soundcloud.com/thecrampsofficial, other American bands like The Reverend Horton Heat https://soundcloud.com/the-reverend-horton-heat, Australian bands like Melbourne-based The Fireballs https://myspace.com/fireballsaustralia, British bands like https://soundcloud.com/themeteorsofficial, or Danish band The Horrorpops https://soundcloud.com/horrorpops-official. Weird, freaky rock - to me it represents the right for each person to be themselves. Plus psychobilly and rockabilly are just irreverent and fun! Los Freakos guitar lead, pyschobilly hard rock guitar and bass played manually by me in Logic Pro X. Drums are a heavily customised Apple drummer track. --------------------- Image taken from: "Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly 2012" - Tomás Del Coro, Flckr. (Labelled for re-use with modification)
