"Free to be Real" || P.I.E.R. Creating a Gospel Culture || Tim Parlier

This week we tackle our final letter of the P.I.E.R. culture acronym... the "R" which stands for Real. We are committed to creating a culture that is real. We don't want to "play church" we want real relationships, even if they're messy. Being real with yourself, God, and others is an uncommon but incredible gift of Grace. We're all too familiar with the pain of fake friends or fake people. People we thought were one way then turned out to be another. Yet, if we're totally honest with ourselves, we sometimes do the same things. We can tend to project an image of ourselves that impresses. And at the worst...sometimes the fakest person in our life can be the one looking at us in the mirror! So what do we do? How can we take off the masks? How can we live authentically and transparently with God and others?
