You need to establish systems if you want to create workflow consistency and reliability A business without systems is a nightmare for their customers When should you create a system? Any time you repeatedly do something the same way because it's the best way to do it How to create a system? Do the task, no matter the scale, a big workflow, or a mundane task. Document the process, write it clearly and concisely in a bullet point format Delegate the task, hand it off to a team member 5.   Humility: having an accurate view of oneself As a leader, your desire to appear important often conflicts with the work that is important.
