freedom from worry

from Contemplative at Home

Contemplative at Home offers guided meditative prayer - space to slow down and listen to the truth that is being borne out of God's love for you today - drawing on Ignatian spirituality and at times, Lectio Divina. Jesus reminds of the incredible attention God has given to the appearance of the wildflowers, and points us to how much more God will provide for us. We are invited to shift our attention from fear and fussing, to trust in the myriad ways God is providing for us in each moment. In this episode we continue our series with the Message translation of the Sermon on the Mount, praying with Matthew 6:27-34. Part of our introduction today is taken from a resource at pathwaystogod.org. For more information and show notes please visit www.contemplativeathome.com or find us on Facebook.
