Freedom of Speech or Hate Speech? [E184]

This past week, on November 10th 2020, Norway introduced a new law that "outlawed hate speech against transgender and bisexual people" even if that speech occurred in the privacy of your own home with up to a year in prison (three years for public hate speech).Is that an overstep?
