Tim from Gym Crafter stops by the podcast to discuss his practical approach to building a home gym. Tim started out like any other gym goer, not really motivated to do much of anything. Over the years, he really started to step up his game, hone in on one method of resistance training, and now runs his own dedicated home gym site to encourage others to build their gyms, find their fitness goals, and train motivated. Along the way, Tim worked through back injuries and headaches to overcome health problems and become an advocate for resistance training.
