Today I interview Alan from Garage Gym Fanatics, an Instagram page dedicated to garage gyms and home gyms of all shapes and sizes. Alan has started his own fitness flipping business on the side, and runs the instagram page, recycling business, and accounting as his full time job. It was really interesting to hear about all the equipment he's come across and talk about the page! The FreedomCast Podcast was started by a guy buying and selling fitness equipment in his backyard.
