Today we are speaking with Sabrina from Blessed Home on the Range (IG). Sabrina went through an incredible weightloss journey, losing 85 pounds through walking and weightlifting. She documents how, as a mother of 7, she found the motivation to lose weight when she discovered she was pre-diabetic and at high risk for other health issues.
