Freshmen Bonding Under Boyle | Colorado Buffaloes Basketball News

Coach Tad Boyle is thrilled with his freshman class, calling them a potential game-changer for Colorado’s future — even if they’re not yet ready to play. While recruiting sites overlooked most of them, Boyle’s knack for spotting hidden talent shines through. He’s holding back on final judgments, watching them adjust and gel over summer workouts. What’s really impressing him? The off-court chemistry — built through intentional bonding efforts. He calls them good kids from great families, and he’s already excited to coach them. Talent assessments will come in fall, but the bond they’ve formed so quickly is undeniable. Boyle believes this unity will translate to court success — and if they keep developing, these freshmen could be the key to turning around the Buffaloes’ season.
