Fresno State Bulldogs Earn Academic Honors | Fresno State Bulldogs Basketball News

Fresno State men’s basketball is shining beyond the court, earning top academic honors from the NABC for the 2025-26 season. Five Bulldogs made the NABC Honors Court for maintaining a 3.2+ GPA, including Jake Heidbreder and Cameron Faas in Educational Technology, David Douglas Jr. and Zaon Collins in Media, Communications and Journalism, and Jac Mani in Sociology. The team also earned the Team Academic Excellence Award for keeping a 3.0+ GPA across the board — one of over 400 teams nationwide to do so. This recognition highlights how Fresno State athletes balance elite athletics with serious academic commitment, proving college sports can be about more than just wins.
