Fret Talk Episode 22

from Fret Talk · host Budget Pedal Chap

BudgetPedalChap is joined this week by the man-titan Matt Quine who  began the podcast freshly off a 24-hour live stream moderation. We  discuss the quality of beginner instruments and range available from  around 10-15 years ago versus what is available today. We regale tales  of our first guitars and the quality standards the shift in quality  standards that we have perceived over the years. We also answer a  question from our good friend Ollie Miles about beginner bass guitars  for tracking bass tracks, which isn’t usually in our remit, but we can  spread the love to the 4 strings every now and then. The episode is a  little shorter than usual due to it being a very last-minute recording,  the episode originally prepared for this week was lost due to a  technology problem and will be rerecorded and coming to you another  week. Thanks once again to Matt for being a huge help and jumping in not  only last minute, but also after a marathon 24-hour live stream  support. I urge you to go and donate (the links are detailed in the cast  by Matt around 5 minutes in).  Throw us a 5-star review on Itunes to help us soar up the ranks and  sharing the cast helps us immensely also.  Don't forget to have your online on the Fret Talk Podcast group on  Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/690366661155328/?ref=bookmarkssay  Find your host at: BudgetPedalChap www.Facebook.com/budgetpedalchap www.Instagram.com/budgetpedalchap https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRgWgj6py1MhgMq4Htw2sQA or search ‘budget pedal chap’ on YouTube Ollie www.Facebook.com/OllieMilesMusic Matt www.Facebook.com/SwitchIOM Paul M www.Dontpanic.com www.Dontpanic.co.uk www.Facebook.com/dontpanicblackpool www.Instagram.com/showmaster87  Paul F www.Twitter.com/VitaminnP Chris www.Facebook.com/demolabstudio Moog www.Facebook.com/Rapscallionmusic Andrew ‘The Guitar Geek’ Ferris https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCI5i6aBbINMIEkYW3b6olHg www.Instagram.com/theguitargeekyt
