FRFF '26: Ripple Effects

Today on Art Beat, we're going behind the scenes of Winona's Frozen River Film Festival to take a look into one of the festival's feature films called, Ripple Effects. The film Ripple Effects discusses the importance of clean water in Minnesota's communities.
