Revelation 21:3b)Let us now pray the Responsorial PsalmR/. Behold the dwelling of God is with men.My soul is longing and yearningfor the courts of the Lord.My heart and my flesh cry outto the living God.Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herselfin which she sets her young, at your altars,O Lord of hosts, my king and my God.Blessed are they who dwell in your house, forever singing your praise.Blessed is the man whose strength is in you,They walk with ever-growing strength.R/. Behold the dwelling of God is with men.Alleluia, Alleluia.Look up and raise your heads, becaue your redemption is drawig near.Alleluia. Gospel: Luke 21:29-33A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke.At that time: Jesus told his disciples a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees; as soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and know that the summer is already near. So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near. Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all has taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. The Gospel of the Lord.
