Today’s society is addicted to convenience. We can have the answer to nearly any question in the world in a matter of seconds, thanks to a simple internet search. But this convenience is an example of something that Jesus never promises to be for us. Pastor Dan teaches us today that when we ask Jesus to do things that He hasn’t promised to do, we only stand to be disappointed. Jesus’ character never changes, and we must learn to wait on His timing and His wisdom.
