Authorities cut the ribbon for the Arthur A. Richards Pre-K through 8th grade School — the territory's first newly constructed public school in more than three decades. With classes set to begin Monday, we speak with Bureau of School Construction and Maintenance Executive Director Craig Benjamin, who says Virgin Islands public schools are 90% ready to welcome students while crews work through the weekend to complete maintenance and repair projects.
