The first act didn't totally meet fantasy expectations with both players somewhat underperforming their fantasy value. Between the two, it appears Westbrook is the better play even at a higher price. They also talk about some cheaper options like Jordan Clarkson, Marcus Smart and Tyler Johnson who could all be in line for major minutes.
