Friday the 13th Part 2 — Episode 88
from Rewind of the Living Dead · host Nerdcore Movement

Steve Miner, who was an associate producer on the original film ran with that idea and he signed onto direct the next movie after Sean Cunningham opted not to return to the franchise he helped start. Miner came up with an idea that would carry the story five years into the future after the events in the original film as a new group of camp counselors are arriving to train for the summer ahead but they are completely unaware of the danger lurking in the woods….In the latest episode of Rewind of the Living Dead, we’re going to put on mother’s sweater and sharpen the pitchfork as we review the 1981 sequel “Friday the 13th Part 2”….
