The USL Jäegermeister Cup might be a key competition to fostering local rivalries. After speaking to so many people last night about the importance of the Tampa Bay V Fort Lauderdale rivalry to the sport’s development in this state , it felt good to see Miami FC perhaps beginning to develop a similar rivalry with Tampa Bay after many fall starts and seeming indifference. Also congratulations to FC Naples on their stunning victory over the Charleston Battery! This is a public episode.
