The pandemic has had us re-evaluating almost every aspect of our lives — from where we work, to how we treat others, or even who we let into our lives — but above all, it has made us rethink our friendships. For some, we have come to realize that our former friends were based on convenience or habit and lacked true depth or commitment. In this week’s episode, we re-examine some of our former friendships, their strengths and weaknesses, and how to overcome friendship break-ups.

The past two years of the pandemic have brought to the forefront a lot of issues that have strained or even broken our friendships.
