Here we go again, it's rich people dealing with their em-oceans, but I couldn't give it the same title again. It's got to be fresh! Billionaire Mark Attanasio, owner of the Milwaukee Brewers, is accused of turning Malibu’s Broad Beach into his personal sandbox by allegedly stealing sand for his private mansion. His neighbor, James Kohlberg, isn’t too thrilled and has filed a lawsuit, claiming Attanasio’s sand-snatching escapades are harming the local ecosystem and violating the California Coastal Act. Talk about a beach bummer!
