Did you know that coffee comes in a cherry? It is the seed of a fruit. Since it is not something that we can just pick and throw into our grinders and Aeropress's we have to process the coffee cherry so that roasters can then roast the bean. Then we can enjoy the taste of our favorite brewing method. But what is coffee processing? Well, today we start the journey to explain that.
