From Coincidence to Connection

In today's conversation, Freddo chat’s with Tom Powell, a dedicated listener of the podcast, who recently reached out with a question about mushroom ceremonies. Little did we know, our connection would lead us to a story too incredible not to share. Tom just happened to be there on the day when Freddo snowboarded off a cliff, resulting in a life-altering accident that left him paralysed from the waist down. During our conversation, Tom takes us back to that life-changing day, sharing details that even Freddo didn't know about. But it's not just about the accident; our discussion takes intriguing turns, with the bizarre revelation that NOT wearing a helmet that day, may have just saved Toms life, averting him from the perilous danger that lay ahead. From the profound significance of gratitude, to the courage to open up about mental health struggles, this conversation started as a lighthearted exchange but ventured into deeper, more meaningful territory. Whether you're a longtime listener or new to our podcast, we're confident that you'll find something valuable in this episode.
