The rise of social media has heightened this natural tendency of comparison to an unhealthy level. We can all attest to the fact that comparing ourselves to others takes a toll on our mental health. In this episode, we have a raw and authentic conversation about how we experience comparison culture in our personal and professional lives. We also chat about how we see this tendency within our students/clients and provide some guiding tips to minimize the critical voice within.
