They are co-authors of two books, most recently "From Conflict to Collaboration: A School Leader's Guide to Unleashing Conflict's Problem Solving Power" in addition to articles published in national magazines and journals. They have also presented at numerous state and national conferences as well as undergraduate and graduate-level education classes. Rob is currently associate professor and coordinator of the Educational Leadership program at Manhattanville College.
