In 1992, she launched her construction company specializing in HOA reconstruction, high-rise buildings, and apartment complexes across California and Nevada, operating five offices throughout both states. For over three decades, Regan navigated the challenges of running a construction business as a woman in a predominantly male industry, establishing herself as what she calls an "HOA Reconstruction Specialist."  Beyond construction, Regan is a certified expert thermographer and has published articles on topics such as construction labor, infrared technology in building investigations, and construction defect litigation. She's been recognized as a speaker and educational leader in the industry, presenting on construction costs, reserve funds, and maintenance issues affecting HOA communities. She also hosts her own podcast called "HOA: It's A True Story" and currently serves as an executive board member at Discovery Sound Technology, a firm developing ultrasound platforms for HVAC and maintenance companies.
