He moved to Las Vegas in 2013 to open Salisi’s US office, and the company continued to enjoy steady year-on-year growth. In 2020, Simon started The Conference Room Podcast, where he interviews experts about all facets of business success, which is now in the top 0.5% of podcasts globally and was one of Spotify's most shared podcasts in 2022 and 2023, and is in the top 100 podcasts in various countries around the world. When he’s not working, Simon is a husband, a dad of three kids, a keen single malt whiskey collector, and a fan of the soccer team Manchester United, whose failure to win the English Premier League since Simon left Manchester is something for which he takes full responsibility.
