Notice your thoughts, just be aware and observe them Muddy glass exercise- Close your eyes and imagine a glass of muddy water sitting on a table in front of you. Focus on it and watch the mud settle to the bottom of the glass. Focus on the glass of muddy water until all the mud has settled and the water is clear. Other types of meditation – playing music, walking or hiking, creating, or making any kind of art Journaling is also a type of meditation, jot down a few things on your mind.
