By the time I graduated high school, I had attended nine schools across three countries, learning in both Spanish and English. My mother instilled in me a deep sense of purpose and service early on, enrolling me in volunteer work before I could fully grasp its impact. Looking back, I was always destined to be a T-Bird.I studied Painting and Art History at Mount Holyoke College but quickly veered into the world of media and business. I got my start at a Univision affiliate in Miami, but within a year, I found myself on Madison Avenue in New York, diving headfirst into the world of advertising.My entrepreneurial journey began five years later when I became an independent contractor in film and television. I produced multicultural and global ad campaigns, documentaries, and feature films, and served as Executive Producer for the launch of several networks across Latin America. Storytelling, strategy, and global connection have always been at the heart of my work.In 2011, I earned my MBA (Executive MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management - Geneva, Switzerland, cohort. Long before remote work was mainstream, I built a location-independent business rooted in curiosity, cultural intelligence, and the belief that business can be a force for good. Since then, I’ve aligned myself with impact-driven founders and ventures around the world.As a fractional CMO and marketing strategist, I’ve led global campaigns for media giants, tech startups, and mission-driven entrepreneurs—over 200 and counting. I’m especially passionate about helping founders turn bold visions into sustainable, profitable businesses that can support their families and uplift communities.As a Latina entrepreneur, I’ve experienced the systemic inequities that many women and underrepresented founders face.
