Dave who grew up on a small farm in Kerry has had a huge career working in food, from selling butter and cheese to supermarkets to managing the European operation for huge brands such as Cuisine de France. A desire to do his own thing and to help Ireland to eat healthy led to him bringing the innovative, successful food business, Freshii to Ireland with his business partner, Cormac Manning.
